Mr. Joseph P. Clifford is a highly respected member of the jewelry industry who has been actively involved in the Jewelry Business for over a decade. As the owner of GemCliff Enterprises, Inc. with offices and gemological laboratories located at 8 Roseland Plaza, East Patchogue, NY 11772, he is currently a full-time independent appraiser of Gems and Jewelry.

Mr. Clifford’s gemological education has earned him the coveted Graduate Gemologist degree from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). Advanced Gemological and Appraisal training has earned him the title of Registered Master Valuer #04150577. His appraisal training along with Certification Testing has earned him Member status in the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers (NAJA). He is currently Secretary of the Long Island Chapter of the Gemological Institute of America’s Alumni Association.

Mr. Clifford has extensive experience in all aspects of the jewelry business. As the owner of his own company, he had been actively involved with the buying, selling, designing and repairing of all types of Gems and Jewelry.
